I am trying to post my frozen roster somewhere... for two teams in Berra and Banks.... please advise ohhh and I need to do it in two hours....

In each league, there is a thread that reads"Frozen Rosters go here!". Put them in there, but for your information, the deadline has been extended until three days before the auction.
