Is it too early to holler out and see who's interested in playing again this year?

Who updated the master file last year? We need to do that and the master schedule before we do anything!

As far as I can tell, the regular season starts on October 1. Which poses several problems for me. Mainly I'll be out of town from September 28-October 2. In fact I have several trips planned for this year so I will need a hand collecting the game data, but we will cross that bridge when we come to it. We will probably have to have all the drafts done by the weekend before the season starts.

I'll see if I can get hold of Bob Aube to see if he is participating again this year. I know he usually organizes some race up in Maine about this time of year.

Let me know if y'all are likely to return for another year of Fantasy Hockey.

Thanks,

Hi guys,

I've already put together a schedule for this season and uploaded it to the library. Speaking of which, is anyone else having a problem getting into the libraries? It looks like someone or something injected a bad script into one of the files in the hockey library, and my firewall is blocking the site. I can get in through the back end, and I deleted the offending script, but I'm curious whether anyone else is blocked.

I also updated the Orr and Hull rosters to reflect last year's order of finish, and I deleted all the guys who were ineligible to be frozen. I did not change team designations for the Dany Heatley's of the world, however; we'll take care of that with the freeze lists.

Joe, can you update the Bossy rosters? I'm not sure if I have the final rosters from last year.

Scheduling the drafts could pose a problem because of the early start to the season. I was hoping to do the drafts on Sept. 28, 29 and 30, but it doesn't look like that'll be possible. I guess the next option is to hold all the drafts on the weekend of Sept. 26-27, with at least one draft during the day. The problem there is that I have to work both nights, so I'd need help running the drafts.

Please let me know about your availability for drafts on Sept. 26-27.

I'll be free to draft 28-30th

Not sure what I can do to help, but if you need anything, give me a holler, and I'll see what I can do.

Okay, Bossy roster updated and uploaded. Team number is inverse of draft position.

Whats up everybody. I will be back with the East Enders but my son will not be back with the "MIST". That team will be available. Drafting 28-30 is better for me than the weekend.

Drafts will be Sept. 28, 29 and 30.

Assuming that Frank III is returning, we'll have 1 opening in Bossy, and we need to hear from Ray Cunningham, William Field and Mike Schultz for Hull and Orr. Anyone have an e-mail address for Ray?

Ray plays in the football leagues here on Mocksports. I'll send him a message.

I will be back in Hull, and if another league needs an owner to avoid folding, I'm there, too.

cheers,
Ray
